Where Do We Ship?
Our main market is North and South America, particularly The United States, Canada, Mexico, and South America. We are happy to ship anywhere in the world, however please check our list of dealers to find if there is a supplier closer to you using by using our website DCC-EX Resellers
When Will I Get My Product?
We make every effort to ship orders within the timeframe indicated in the product description to the address provided by the user at the time of purchase. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping service provider. In-stock items are usually shipped to you from 48 hours to 14 days. Pre-orders and backorders may take up to 30 days to ship since the item(s) are not in stock and require new inventory to arrive. We will hold orders until everything can ship at the same time to save you and us on shipping costs. If you wish to get the product(s) that are in stock, create separate orders. If your order does not show as shipped after 30 days, please contact us to either receive a full refund or to continue to wait if the item(s) are pending and the remaining time until delivery is acceptable to you.
Shipping Cost
Cost of shipping is determined by package size, weight, and delivery address. We make every effort to keep shipping costs down by using bubble bags, bag in a box, and smallest box necessary techniques. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout time.
The user is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. If the package is returned to our store due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the user will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
Lost Packages
If the package is lost during shipping, we will do our best to resolve the issue. If we cannot locate the package, we will provide a full refund or replacement item(s).
Payment
Goods will be shipped after we receive payment We accept all major credit cards as well as Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We do not support Paypal payments due to their excessive fees and unfriendly policies for small businesses, however we realize that may be the most convenient option for some.
