Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is any defect in the product or you are not fully satisfied, you may return the product within 14 days for a full refund or exchange for the same item.
If the product arrives defective from us, we will cover the cost of shipping and provide you with a return label to send back the defective item. Once we receive your item, we will ship you a new one or refund your purchase price.
If you simply decide you don't want the product, you will be responsible for shipping it back to us. We can also provide you with a shipping label and subtract the cost from your refund if that is more convenient for you. The refund amount is the purchase price for the product(s) not including shipping.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging (if applicable).
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Pre-Order Items
By definition, pre-ordered items are not in stock and are awaiting arrival from our suppliers. It may take up to 30 days for pre-orders to be back in stock. If your order does not show as shipped after 30 days, please contact us to either receive a full refund or to continue to wait if the item(s) are pending and the remaining time until delivery is acceptable to you.
Limited Warranty
DCC-EX hardware products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one 6 months (180 days) from the date of original purchase. The warranty covers demonstrable defects, excluding parts subject to wear and tear (including but not limited to cables and connectors), and damage caused by improper use, changes, modifications, or alterations performed by the customer or a third party not authorized by DCC-EX.
This warranty extends only to purchases made through the official DCC-EX store, and is transferable.
Procedure for exchange/refund/warranty repair/replacement- Email DCC-EX at sales@dcc-ex.com or call the number on your order to notify us of your issue
- We can work out a refund or exchange via email or over the phone
- Once we have agreed on the terms, package your item and either purchase postage or get a shipping label from us. Our address is below.
- Once we receive your item, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
